7 Years of the Cutting Scream

For seven years I had cut on myself. I was only 10 when it all started. This year, I finally got help. I couldn't ask for it. I was afraid no one would understand. I couldn't tell anyone I was cutting, they would be horrified. So for seven long years I waited. For someone to come help me. Finally, someone saw my arms at the hospital and I was put in the psych ward. I learned new ways to cope and now am pushing forward with my life. It can be done.
