It Can be Beaten

"I just wanted to let people know that SI can be beaten. It has been a couple of months now since I have been really bad, and although I still sometimes do it, I have improved so much it is unbelievable. Don't be afraid to ask for help, if I hadn't finally asked someone for help then I am sure I would have got worse and worse. I know it feels like sometimes there is nothing else, but honestly there is. I am so happy now, I feel as if I am a new person (cheesy and clichéd I know!) Good luck to you all,
